The coast peaks later than Eugene
Clatsop County (Seaside) and Lincoln County both peak in July and August. Lane County, which pairs Eugene with Florence, peaks in June and July and is back to $146 by August. Seaside's spread is the widest in Oregon: $145 to $237, a $92 jump that applies to two months only.
Bend's three levels
Deschutes County has $195 in June, July and August, $154 in September and October and $123 from November to May. Its floor slipped from $125 in FY2026 to $123, the only cut to any floor in the Oregon table, while its peak rose from $192.
Salem, Medford and Corvallis at the standard rate
The capital sits in Marion County, which GSA does not list, so an agency visit in Salem is paid at $113 and $68, $48 a night below Portland. In the Census file, 19 of the 40 Oregon places above 15,000 residents are in the same position, from Medford (Jackson County), Corvallis (Benton County) and Albany (Linn County) on down. Clackamas County, next to Portland, gained only $1 this year.
For driving, EIA groups Oregon in its West Coast (PADD 5) Except California series, $5.116 a gallon in the week of October 5, 2026. Oregon homes paid 15.40¢ per kWh over January to July 2026; the Tesla charging cost page turns a price like that into dollars per charge.
