Cookies
This site sets no cookie and writes nothing to local storage. Your destination, dates, meals and miles exist only in the page you are using, and in its address once you change a field, so that the share link works.
Why there is no banner
A consent banner is needed when a site stores or reads information on your device that is not strictly necessary. Nothing of the kind happens here. The stability monitoring described in the privacy policy, Microsoft Clarity, runs in its cookie-free mode and stores nothing on your device.
Verify it
Open the developer tools (F12), then the Application or Storage tab: Cookies and Local Storage stay empty while you use the trip calculator. The Network tab shows that your dates and miles are never sent to this site (the only outside requests are the anonymous Microsoft Clarity stability pings, with inputs masked). The only files fetched after the page loads are the city list and the ZIP table, from this site, the first time you search.

Federal rates are maximums, not promises: your employer may pay less, ask for receipts or use its own rates. A trip on the federal clock follows your agency’s travel authorization. For a tax return, IRS rules decide: this site does not replace your travel office or professional tax advice.
